大澤が生まれ育った湘南エリアならではの光景を意味している
それは ”待ちに待ち続けた素晴らしい波” がここ湘南に届くと
134号線はサーファー達で溢れかえり、ビーチには自然と人々が集る
これから海に入るその瞬間のサーファー、一人一人の挑む後ろ姿が『威風堂々』として見えた
それぞれの想いを抱き、海に入っていく瞬間が
幼いながらも心に残る光景であった事を意味している

The name "AWING" was inspired by the impressive and dignified stance of surfers in the Shonan area when they eagerly awaited excellent waves on Route 134. The beach would be filled with surfers ready to catch the waves, and the moment when surfers stood tall, ready to enter the sea, left a lasting impression on Osawa. This impactful moment led him to name the surfboards crafted for surfers as "AWING," symbolizing the dedication and emotions that surfers invest in their boards.
